
SENCER's Midwest Center for Innovation and Wisconsin Campus Compact are pleased to co-sponsor a Midwest Regional SENCER meeting, Teach Food: A SENCER Workshop. It will be held Friday & Saturday, April 23 & 24, at Globe University's Madison East Campus in Madison Wisconsin.
Conference attendees will:
- Learn how to design a SENCER course and incorporate civic engagement into STEM instruction
- Share examples from the Midwest region of projects on food and sustainability
- Strengthen our regional network and share resources for teaching about food
- Promote the incorporation of sustainability into STEM curricula
